Yoga Day was celebrated in collaboration with NCC SD Army Wing on June 21, 2022 on the college campus. 200 cadets from various schools and colleges participated in the event. Ms. Jyoti Tiwari, Yoga Instructor from Government College of Yoga Education, Chandigarh conducted the event successfully.


13 cadets along with the NCC Incharge participated in the Punit Sagar Abhiyan at Sukhna Lake on August 21, 2022. Hon'ble MP Mrs. Kirron Kher flagged off the rally. 900 cadets from various schools and colleges participated in the event.


On the occasion of Independence Day, Har Ghar Tiranga activities were conducted in collaboration with the NSS Unit. A Prabhat Pheri was conducted from the college campus to Sukhna Lake on August 12, 2022. 63 students and 4 staff members participated in the event. Cadets also clicked selfies with the flag and uploaded them on the website. Flag hoisting was done at the college campus on August 15, 2022.


Cadet Under Officer Sapna and NCC Incharge Amanjot Kaur attended the Rock Climbing and Training Camp at Pithoragarh, Uttarakhand from September 7–12, 2022. Various activities were conducted during the camp, including volleyball, rappelling, jummaring, river crossing, valley crossing, artificial rock climbing and cultural performances.


8 cadets participated in the Poshan Maah Mela at the Civil Dispensary, Sector-52, Chandigarh on September 23, 2022. They checked the basic health conditions of underprivileged children and monitored them as well. The main objective of the abhiyan was to create awareness among the youth to fight against malnutrition.

Sergeant Nidhi Sangwan attended the All India Thal Sainik Camp at DG NCC, New Delhi from September 14–25, 2022. She qualified for Pre-TSC I, II and III held at NCC Academy, Roopnagar, Punjab from August 11–18, August 19–26 and August 29 – September 5, 2022. Various competitions were conducted on map reading, tug of war, tent pitching, health and hygiene, obstacle training, and judging distance/field signal. She won silver medals in Map Reading and Judging Distance/Field Signal in Pre-TSC.

Organised on November 28, 2021 in collaboration with the NCC Army & Naval Wings. In total, 30 cadets and 3 NCC Incharges participated in the event — planting saplings and conducting a cleanliness drive together with the village panchayat.

Celebrated on March 8, 2022. 32 NCC cadets participated in the self-defence session and learned about basic self-defence techniques. They also got the chance to interact with esteemed guests from various backgrounds during the panel discussion.

An interactive workshop on cyber hygiene was held in collaboration with the Cyber Crime Investigation and IT Cell, Chandigarh on April 26, 2022 at 11:00 a.m. It was organised jointly by MGNCRE, NCC Army, NCC Naval (Boys & Girls), NSS, LLC and the Dharat Suhavi Environmental Society. 162 students and 16 staff members attended the event.

Held on May 23, 2022 on the theme "Yoga & Well-Being" while celebrating International Yoga Month. Mrs. Sarghi Kohli, Yoga Instructor at the Government College of Yoga Education & Health, Chandigarh, conducted the session, attended by 74 cadets and 3 staff members from NCC Army (Boys & Girls) and Naval Wings. Cadets actively participated in asanas and meditation. 22 NCC cadets took part in the poster-making competition, judged by Dr. Parminder Walia and Dr. Ramandeep of the Commerce Department.
